Booking Queries

You can book and pay for your campervan via our Booking System, we also take payments via bank transfer, paypal and cash.

You can currently reserve and secure your chosen dates with a 10% deposit

The remainder of the booking fee is not due until 2 weeks prior to your departure date.

Yes we can certainly offer you some kind of discount, this will also depend on the length of stay also. Contact Us with details and we will get back to you.

Yes, generally our minimum hire length is 3 days, this does include weekends.

Pricing

During the Summer months it is between £80 to £100 per day depending on which Campervan you choose.

During the off season, prices can be as low as £50 per day.

No, our prices are the same regardless or what days of the week you choose.

Our prices only change between seasons and you will get the most cost efficient trip between the months of November to March.

Insurance and driver requirements

Yes, all of our Campervans include your drivers insurance cover as standard, there is no requirement for you to organise your own cover or additional extra cover.

 Yes our self drive hire insurance policy can cover those aged 21 and over. See our Driver Requirements page for full details.

Yes, you can add an additional driver. A daily fee of £8 will be added to cover additional insurance costs.

Please note, you may have to book your ferry crossing in advance.

All of our Campervans have Comprehensive Breakdown cover should you require it. We are also available to contact to help troubleshoot problems during your roadtrip

No, there is no toilet inside the vehicle, however we do have portable toilets and also portable privacy cubicles which you can add to your reservation.

Yes, all of our Campervans are Automatic Transmission. This makes driving much more enjoyable as many customers are accustomed to driving on the other side of the road and having an Automatic Campervan makes the transition easier.

Yes, on collection we will give you a full walk around and anwser any questions. Our Automatic Campervans are Simple and Clean, making them very user friendly.

Yes, our insurance and roadside assistance cover is UK wide

 We try to be as flexible as possible with collection and return times. Let us know your preferred times and we will do our best to make ourselves available.

We would kindly ask if you are expecting to be late or even early, just give us a quick message so we can be ready for you.

Yes, all of our Campervans are covered by our Roadside Assistance policy. The optional extra ‘Liability Reduction’ will ensure any additional costs added by the Roadside Assistance call out will be taken care of.

All Personal documentation is held securely in line with GDPR regulations.

We will request the following;

2 x proof of address verification dated within the last 12 weeks of departure. (this address must match your Drivers Licence address)

1 x ID verification (Passport, Photocard Drivers Licence)

1 x Copy of Driving Licence for all drivers (This can also work for ID verification if it is a Photocard)
