How Long is the voucher valid for?
Vouchers are valid for 2 years, giving the lucky recipient plenty of time to plan their holiday, perhaps a long weekend on the Isle of Skye or a longer break touring the epic NC500 in Scotland.
How to purchase a flexible gift voucher?
You can buy a gift voucher by contacting us and letting us know how much you would like to gift your recipient. We will send you an invoice via email for the amount and once paid we will respond with your confirmation letter and Unique Gift Voucher Code. This code will be available to use at our checkout and will reduce the total reservation price by said amount.
How can I redeem my gift voucher?
To redeem a gift voucher you have received, simply head over to our Book Now page and select the Campervan you would like and preferred dates. This will show you how much your reservation will cost straight away and you can enter your Unique Gift Voucher Code here which will then deduct the amount that was gifted to you. If you are unsure how to do this just contact us and we will arrange it all for you.
Please Note – Our Summer season reservations should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment and provide the most choice of vehicles and dates. Alternatively your voucher will buy a lot more in the quieter months as the rental prices are a lot less.
INSURANCE COVER FOR YOUNG DRIVERS
We know it can be difficult for those lucky enough to be aged under 25 to hire ‘Self Drive Hire Vehicles’ so we have made sure our Campervans and Motorhomes are available for our customers aged 21-79.
WHERE CAN THE CAMPERVANS TRAVEL TO?
Anywhere you like, our Drivers Insurance Cover is EU wide and our campervans all come with Unlimited Mileage, so the options are endless!
The most popular destinations are the Scottish Highlands and Islands but you could go anywhere in the UK with ease.
Please Note – If planning on travelling outside of the UK with your campervan please let us know as the hirer would need to obtain a VE103 document prior to travelling with the vehicle to remain road legal.
Who is eligible to drive the campervans?
Drivers must be aged between 21 and 79.
Drivers must be able to provide two proof of address’s matching Driver’s Licence.
Drivers must have held a drivers licence for at least two years.
There are no restrictions on which days or dates the recipient can choose.
